In August of 2015 I decided to see if I could get a loan to buy a house. I tried and was pre-approved for a mortgage. That is when it all began! I was excited to no end about looking for a home, or so it seemed. I immediately went online to look for homes that fit my needs. I found a few and proceeded to request information about the homes and waited for a response. And waited…. and waited. A week went by and no one contacted me. So I went back online and looked. Those houses that I requested information on were under contract. That was very discouraging. I decided to look some more. I found a house that I was interested in and tried again to get someone to contact me. A few days later a realtor contacted me about the property. We discussed my pre-approval and what I wanted in a home. I told this person that I wanted to stay in the same vicinity I was currently in. So I hung up the phone expecting some information sent to me via email about properties in my area that fit my criteria for the home I wanted to buy. A few hours later I received an email displaying ONE property and it was NOT in my vicinity. I thought to myself, this can’t be ! Did I not say I wanted to stay in my vicinity? The realtor called me back the next day and I questioned why I was given information on a house that is not where or what I wanted. I was apologized to and waited go get more information. And waited and waited! Now we are in September of 2015 and I was upset and quite discouraged about finding a home. So AGAIN…I went online to look at more homes. I saw one that caught my eye and I tried for a third time. They say a third time is the charm, boy were they right. I got a response back from a realtor. From the first moment of me reading the email I thought, wow this realtor seems nice. She asked for my contact information and the timeframe in which she and I could speak over the phone. Not only was her response time impressive but in speaking with her over the phone she was a sweetheart. She made me feel there was hope for me to find a home. All information was given to her just like the previous agent. She told me she’ll have some properties for me to look at that were just what I was looking for. I got off the phone feeling relieved and hopeful. So here came the email. I sort of cringed when I opened it because I didn’t want to be disappointed. BOY I WASN’T, I was given 33 properties in my area that fit my needs. She hit the nail on the head with this list. So I went through all the properties as she told me to. I created a list for her to set up appointments to view. By the end of that same week I was with her looking at properties. Meeting her was such a great pleasure and she took me to each property and explained each one and answered all my questions. It was fantastic. So like midway through the properties we go to this one house. I liked the front of it and as she opened the door she said “I think this house, you’re going to love”. I absolutely loved it. Mentally as she showed me the house, I moved in! I told her I liked it and she said let’s see the rest of the houses just to make sure. She took me to see the others but none compared to the feeling I got at that other house! After we completed looking at all the houses, she asked me if there were any of the houses that I liked. I told her and she smiled because she already knew. We proceeded to put an offer on the house. She took me through every step of the process and explained along the way. Since it was my first time ever getting a home she never made me feel like an inconvenience, or like a fool for my questions asked. She was absolutely great. Now did I mention that in October I received a call from the first realtor and was asked if I am still looking? I told the person that no I am not looking and that I found an excellent agent that found me a wonderful home and I wished more agents were like her! From the first email and all the way to closing (FOUR MONTHS later), she not only helped me through it all as my realtor but she became my friend. If ever in my life I have met such a wonderful, bubbly, knowledgeable, resourceful person it was Jacqueline A. Siracuse! Thank you for taking the time to guide me and going above and beyond, through the process of buying my home with me. I couldn’t have asked for a better person! You are very good at your job but you are even better at making your clients feel like it’s not just a job to you.

No complaints! Jackie took an "unsellable" property and sold it for CASH!
