- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary, depending on hourly time for sessions and event/session type, and all include edits and enhancements. Digital sessions and Print packages are available. Digital sessions come with a signed release to print the pictures at any location of choice. Although I am always willing to work out a package for those with a budget to meet their needs and my work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I begin to gather as much information as possible, and answer any and all questions that arise. If it is for events, we always to check to make sure the time and date they are planning on is available as well. I offer clients to fill out a questionnaire and other forms to help with the information so we can be sure we are working to get what the client is interested in. If the client is prepared to choose Mane Photography, we will schedule a date for most digital sessions based on time and availability, if we are working for an event we will schedule a time to go over a wedding contract and other information or I will send them the contracts and paper work to read and fill out before we meet to discuss any ideas and plans they have for their big day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken several online courses and continue to always learn my way around new photography software to improve my photos and editing. I enjoy taking my camera out and exploring new areas for pictures.
