I've used Smits & Sons many times over the last several years. They have been able to "save" some carpets that we felt were beyond hope. Sometimes a stubborn spot returns, but they return to finish it off. As a Realtor I run on to lots of difficult cleaning job, and I always recommend them. Also they do a great job on stretching and smoothing out the carpet. And most importantly, I always feel comfortable having them in my house, knowing they are honest and trustworthy.
