Introduction: Having battled with fluctuation in my own weight over the years has given me a certain perspective on how trying to be healthy and staying in shape can be! I am able to share with you the steps I took that put me in the shape I am in today! At the YMCA , we will provide nutritional guidance along with personal training and off-day training programs, being a member of the YMCA you have a large variety of group classes you can choose from at no extra cost!! Watching my clients take their own journey into a healthier lifestyle is very rewarding. I love to be a part of the process! Everyday training in the gym is a very positive experience, and every client is different, and they all struggle with different things. The moment that they accomplish a goal, whether it is losing a few pounds or the exercise they have been struggling with suddenly becomes easier and seeing that look of "wow I did it" on their face, makes my job the best in the world!

Lindsey Powell is a great trainer for losing weight and getting stronger. Both weight training and Yoga, she will guide you to better health. Go see for yourself!

Lindsey is an amazing trainer. She's has been there as an overweight person and understands the struggles that go with it. But, she kicks your butt, too, and makes you work hard.
