- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes we have an extensive catering menu and we have wedding packages available to fit most budgets. This is shared with clients when they contact us to set up a consultation and/or tasting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For weddings, rehearsal dinners and other large events we like to have a consultation and/or tasting with our client. We want to get to know the client and have an understanding of what they are looking for in a caterer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.S. in Psychology and a Specialist degree in School Psychology (which is a masters plus 45 - almost a phd) so I know how to work with people! I've been a caterer/chef for almost 11 years now.Experience catering up to 300, and running 3 buffet lines at a time in various floors of venues successfully! Experience running a successful restaurant daily as well.
