- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically, my rate is $200/hour with special considerations for travel over 30 miles. If a customer requests additional musicians, hourly rates increase per musician added. For example, 2 musicians = $300/hour; 3 musicians = $400/hour; etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a potential customer contacts me, we exchange emails to make sure that my services are the right fit for the event. We also agree upon an hourly or comprehensive event rate and I provide a contract regarding performance terms. I typically allow full payment on the day of the event, but may ask for a deposit depending on the nature of the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years of experience performing for audiences large and small across the country. I've recorded multiple studio albums and have had my original music licensed to television networks from ABC and MTV to the Weather Channel and Fox Sports Detroit.
