Mr. Mendez was asked to remove wallpaper from our entryway and replace with paint. The price quoted was very reasonable and he showed up just on time, even on a Saturday. During wallpaper removal, he discovered that previous owners had concealed a hole in the drywall. Mr. Mendez called me with some options & costs, and we decided to patch the hole and reinforce it. When he was done, I could not tell that there was ever something wrong. The hole is probably stronger than the rest of the wall. Paint went on quickly and cleanly. No runs, no spots. Cleaned up well afterwards!

We recently had J Mendez assist us in getting our house ready to be put on the market. He helped us get each room ready by painting, repairing broken things and installing laminate flooring. He is very detailed and works to make things look their best and in good working condition.
He also assisted us with preparing the outside of our home with installing cleaning out our gutters, installing gutter gards and power washing the house. He does excellent work and is professional in his interactions.
Would recommend him to anyone..

J Méndez painted our basement in our last house and not only stuck to the time frame he gave us, he also stuck to the price he quoted us. His work was flawless and professional. We sold that house and every showing we had they loved the basement. He also put up doors and painted trim for us and that was an added boost to our houses appearance. The people that came through the house all stated how nice the house looked, the new doors included! I highly recommend this contractor!!

J Mendez Home Improvement did an amazing job tearing down an old privacy fence and putting up a brand new privacy fence in its place. They did the job at a fraction of the cost of what others in the area had quoted me. Very easy to work with and professional throughout the whole process. We will always work with J Mendez Home Improvement for any future projects on our home!
