- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, per room I charge depending how much paint is needed, if I have to move furniture and wall hangings, if I need to fix any damage before painting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually it's a phone conversation from the customer that tells me what kind of work they're needing done. I then set up a time to come to their house/business to observe the structure and prepare their bid which I send within a couple days through email.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 13 years experience. Have been running my own business for 6 years.
