- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very flexible. We have packages from $199 to $10,000 and beyond, depending on the project's requirements.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are always working to improve our processes. The main first step for us, is to learn a lot about the business we're working with. Our goal is your growth. Once we have a good idea of the project's needs, we create a proposal and draft an agreement document (if the project is above a certain price threshold). During the work period, we are very communicative with our customers. We call you, meet with you, get your feedback, and do everything we can to make your product look and perform exactly how you want and need it to. When we're done, we send an update comparing the original scope of work, with the actual work we completed (we virtually always do more than we promise, we go above and beyond).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The members of our team have varying training and educational backgrounds. Most of us are self-learners, who learned the trade over time and by necessity. Our best training comes from online tutorials and digital courses. Very often, official college classes in our industry tend to teach old, outdated concepts to students. We find a college degree to be somewhere in the realm of "often not very useful" for our type of web development.
