- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Income Taxe Preparation Fees: W2 only $250 and up (depends on the # of W2's) Self Employed (w/Documentation; ex 1099 income or Schedule C) $450 and up Self Employed (No Documentation, needs full reconstruction; Schedule C) $500 and up W2 and Self Employed (Schedule C or 1099 income) (with Documentation or without) $500 and up (These fees are deducted from your refund, no upfront costs) My rate for the bookkeeping is $20.00 per hour or a flat fee starting at $200.00 and up per month, depending on how involved the bookkeeping is to be done each month. This monthly fee will be discussed with the customer once job is accepted.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The income tax preparation is done virtually online, email, or through our One Stop Taxes app. For the Bookkeeping, I meet with each customer and go over what bookkeeping services they require. Once we have discussed in detail what those are, I then can give them an estimated fee to hire me as your bookkeeper. I work from home so their is no other overhead for you to pay, only me!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken numerous bookkeeping classes, including; Income Tax Training, Microsoft Excel and Word, Quick Books Online, Data Entry, Bank Reconciliation, Profit & Loss statements, and I have a certificate for Business Management.
