I interview my clients about their main objective for their project. I consider their timeline, budget and resources. Then I make recommendations based on their needs. I consider ways to enhance quality and reduce costs, resulting in the most efficient and effective process for both of us.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Clients should have a clear idea of what they want to achieve before seeking a bid. They should ask themselves how they will measure the success of the project and how much time they believe it will take. If they are unclear or need more information, then the best solution is to be candid about that. Getting clear on the project definition can sometimes be a project in itself, and I am more than willing to assist in these cases.
