- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Photography is so important! I want you to have lasting images that you can look back on in years to come. I do specialize in black and white portraits but can always offer you color images if you prefer. I typically charge $50 to hold your session date which will go towards your total once you decide what you would like to purchase. We will do your photo shoot and then I will send you an online proof gallery so you can make a purchasing decision in the comfort of your own home. I have two digital package options. 15 of your favorite digital images for $249 or if you want all of the images in your online gallery that is $449. These prices are special for Thumbtack customers. Your $50 deposit will go towards whichever option you choose. You will receive full print rights for all of the digital images you receive. Print them anywhere, any size, wherever you want.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically will speak to a potential customer over the phone to make sure we are a good match for each other. If we are then I will email a $50 invoice to be securely paid online to book the session. We will discuss and plan your session over the phone and I take time to really get to know you so that I can show you are through your images. After that we do the shoot and have fun together. My photo shoots are relaxed and we take our time. They usually last about 45 minutes to two hours depending on the type of shoot. After our shoot I will send you all of the edited images in an online proof gallery for you to make your purchasing decision in the comfort of your own home. Your $50 deposit will go towards whatever you choose to purchase.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self taught and took the time to really read my camera manual and learn what everything meant in order to work my camera properly. I have a lot of on the job training as well and have mentored under some really amazing wedding and portrait photographers since 2009.
