I reached out to Mary in desperation because of my 6 year old boxer. He has serious aggression towards other dogs since he was 2 years old. My boxer and I have had two previous dog trainers in the past with no luck on solving his aggression issue, that is until I met Mary from Dogology. She came over to my house and asked me questions about our way of living. She made some real simple suggestions and I followed her advice. Once we had him crate trained and walking on the treadmill multiple times a day she suggested the best way to get to my dogs root problem would be going to the dog park. I was hesitate but I trusted her and I am glad I did. Long story short we have had 3 sessions at the dog park and his behavior has completely changed. The last session the muzzle came off and he did amazing! For the first time since he was a puppy he was able to be part of a pack and play with dogs as I've always dreamed. We still have a lot of work to do with my boxer but this is the first time in years that I am hopeful for our future. Mary is very talented , loving and laid back individual that has a lot of experience and knowledge to bring to the table. I can't express enough the level of gratitude I have for what she has done for me and my dog thus far.

In a very short time, Mary and Denise had Chloé figured out, and had exercises for me to do with her. They assured me she is a great dog. Within an hour Chloé was trained!!

I have 2 rescue chihuahua mixed dogs that had been abused to the point of being frightened of touch. I have had them for 15 months. One could not be touched at all, the other could be touched with one hand only, not 2 hands, and only it he wanted to be touched. In desperation, I reached out to Dogology NW. When she said she could change my dogs in an hour, that didn't seem possible, but this was a last resort as my vet recommended they be put down because living in that much fear was no life for a dog. Mary applied her techniques and I cannot say enough about her and what she does. Within one hour, I know, does not seem possible, I was able to touch, hold, pet and even brush both dogs. The dog who was most afraid is going to be the easier dog to move into a new space and relax with me. The other dog will be slower, but he, too will eventually realize, he doesn't have to be in charge any more, he can just be a little dog! If you really want/need to change your dog, give Dogology NW a call. You will be amazed!
