Introduction: I am a very thorough cleaner, very detail oriented. My general cleaning is like spring cleaning, furniture gets moved out and cleaned underneath, everything from floors to ceiling fans get dusted, polished, vacuumed, swept, mopped, etc. I will thoroughly clean out your refrigerator and stove, steam clean carpets, and can wash windows. I was active duty Air Force for 6 years and honorably discharged 3 years ago. Since I got out I've been trying to get back into the work field that I know and love. A clean and organized home makes people happy and less stressed! Let me make your home sparkle, I promise it will make you smile! I have a lot of experience; although, it's mostly self-employed. I love organizing and cleaning to make things beautiful. I don't cut corners. It doesn't matter how difficult the project may be it will be done right the first time. I take extreme pride in our work and don't want a fortune to do it. Part of my pay is your satisfaction of the finished product.

I had misty over to clean my home. She did a amazing job her attention to detail was awesome. The bathrooms were spotless. My fridge and oven looked right of the showroom floor. I highly recommend her work to anyone that wants a thorough cleaning done

Misty brought her husband, and they spent a little over 5hrs deep cleaning my ~500 sq ft. apartment for $125 (full clean + steam clean). They did an excellent job and exceeded all expectations. Using their carpentry background, they alerted me to a minor leak in the kitchen sink that was causing mold growth and drawing gnats, then helped the apartment maintenance person identify and fix the problem. They also identified issues in the bathroom including a wobbly toilet and unsealed seams that were facilitating black mold growth. The maintenance person couldn't even tell that mold was in the unsealed seams! I basically got a free and much needed maintenance inspection along with the cleaning! They also cleaned the heating and air condition units. My only complaint is that the steam cleaner rental added $55 to the price (ouch)! I would've rather they brought their own, and I'd have been happy to pay $25 more directly to them instead of $55 to Kroger. Also my vacuum cleaner wasn't working so they steam cleaned without vacuuming, which probably wasn't ideal. Misty got down on her hands and knees and swept the edges of the room with a rag, which was effective if a bit inefficient!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Stardard pricing includes: $20- per room ( living room, kitchen, dining room, bedroom) $25- per bathroom $30 each- refridgerator and oven $1.50- per side of Windows $25- per room for steam cleaning (i rent steam cleaner from Kroger and will give you receipt- approx. $55) Depending on types of cleaners wanted specifically I may need to charge for them, basic cleaners of my choice I ask for $10 cleaner fee ALL MY PRICES ARE NEGOTIBLE! I AM VERY UNDERSTANDING, MY PRICES ARE FAIR BASED ON QUALITY OF MY WORK BUT I HAVE NO PROBLEM REDUCING MY PRICES IF NECESSARY.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I come look at the house and give an estimate. I give them my price and will negotiate if necessary.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My mom started taking me to her house cleaning jobs when I was 7 yrs old. I have some ocd tendencies, I like everything to be nice, neat, and organized. I cannot leave things incomplete. Everything has to be done thoroughly and to the absolute best of my ability. I am punctual and extremely proper having 6 years of military structure and standards to keep me grounded. My work ethic is one of my best qualities.
