Jo did an AMAZING job on my apartment organization. It looks 1000% better than when I left it. I didn't worry about a thing. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My price is per hour. A travel fee is incorporated for jobs further than 25 miles.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?After an initial phone conversation, if necessary, I visit the client's home or business premises to assess the job although many times my clients just send me pictures which saves alot of time! Recommendations and rough estimate are then provided.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Originally from Ireland I found myself starting this business to help aid people become happier in their homes or business. Having worked in the accounting industry for many years I have a very analytical approach to my work, but also believe that the interior of the home environment is vital to our good health and well being.
