- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer multiple services and pricing varies depending on the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we have an initial consultation to help us understand the client's business and determine what their needs are. At this time, we also educate the client on their options and make recommendations. Next, we agree on the specifics of the project including timelines, methods of communication and expectations. Agreements and specifications of the project are entered into a formal contract. A 50% deposit is required before work starts. Once work starts, the customer is given weekly updates on progress and is notified of any changes or challenges until the project is completed. We are absolutely committed to doing high quality work and fulfilling our obligations to our clients. We seek win-win, long-term relationships as we know this is the key to a successful business.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a one-year certificate in business from Sawyer Business College. More importantly, I have been running businesses for the past 19 years and have learned in the trenches by successfully applying the thousands of hours of marketing and business study to my own businesses.
