I received a quick response from Dan and we agreed upon a price. When the storm ended, I received another call asking if I still wanted the plowing service. I said, yes, otherwise the wet sloppy snow would freeze. I was told that they would get there between 7 and 8 that night...they were on the way to Norwich. ( more snow there..more money). NO show...NO call...now I have a frozen mess for my 92 year old mother to struggle with and with bad knees, I can't clear it either. Not reliable.

We came by around 11:20 pm your driveway looked plowed. Didnt want to call you at 11pm at night and since the driveway looked plow we assumed your called another professional because we were backed up with our run list and had a truck down.
