- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don’t have any hidden fees, anything I charge for is upfront and can be discussed. Depending on the job I can occasionally provide discounts on material because of my veteran background and relationship with certain stores
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon contact I would ask for any and all details needed to help evaluate the length the job will take and how soon I can accomplish the task at hand. While a new customer doesn’t know me, I have to show that I can be trusted both to meet and discuss the job and complete it
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
On job training since I was 12
