Where do I begin? I've had the privilege of calling Chef Bryan my friend for a very long time now. Throughout the many years of tasting his foods, whether it be a simple back yard cookout or a complex dish at Canvas, Bryan's passion for cooking stands out in every plate that he creates. He has introduced my palate to so many new and exciting spices and flavors that I would've never tried otherwise. His knowledge of different types of foods, cultures, and cuisine is mind blowing and it truly emanates in every bite of a dish he has prepared. I consider myself lucky to have tried so many of Chef Bryan's creations and always look forward to doing it again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't have standard pricing for my services as every guests needs are not the same, I work woth my guests and customize their package based on their needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a conversation with my guests and figure out what their needs are, from there we can custom design a menu that works within their budget.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a working professional chef that graduated from the Florida culinary Institute in 2002, since then I have been traveling the country as an executive chef for several large restaurant companies.
