- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't have standard pricing for my services as every guests needs are not the same, I work woth my guests and customize their package based on their needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a conversation with my guests and figure out what their needs are, from there we can custom design a menu that works within their budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a working professional chef that graduated from the Florida culinary Institute in 2002, since then I have been traveling the country as an executive chef for several large restaurant companies.
