- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I strongly believe in God and being fair to all. good morals and family values are at the forefront of my pricing, no matter how much money I want or need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
the customer is always right theory is alive and vibrant with Simmons power washing. the customer is always first not the money. will explain to new customers that are unfamiliar with pressure washing and do my best to answer any question the customer has to get them up to speed
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the transportation industry for over 18years years including the military where I started. I attended collage for construction and carpentry. finding diffirent ways to trouble shoot through problems has helped me succeed to the place I am at right now.
