- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
E-Design Package - - prices are based per room and include a FREE E-Consultation form. These services are for the ambitious DIY-er. I'll provide the shopping list and placement guidance, while you supply the man or womanpower! Most E-designs take between 5-7 days for completion, revisions included. If more time is required, you will be notified. Virtual In-Home Consultations are held via Zoom and last about an hour. I like to take this time to not only view your space and this allows us to get to know each other as well. Our consultation helps me better understand your needs, wants, likes and dislikes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, they have an option of filling out my E-Consultation form only, or set following submission of the form, they may schedule an appointment for a Virtual In-Home Consultation. The E-Consultation form asks questions pertaining to the space to be styled. It is required that the client submit pictures and measurements of that space. For best results, including inspiration images from sites like Pinterest or Houzz is highly recommended. During the Virtual In-Home Consultation, I will address the client's problem area(s). I aim to provide immediate solutions when applicable, rearranging furniture or re-styling decor, but if more is required, we will discuss a design package that would better suit their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Aside from HMGRL Interiors, I am cueently the Visual Merchandiser for Ashley Home Furniture and previously a Design Consultant in Augusta's best design center and fabric store. I have an educational background in retail merchandising and interior decorating; my previous career was in retail and personal styling.
