Rick was very through with the inspection. He showed us ways we can save money and how some problems will cost us money if we didn't get them fixed. We were grateful for his advice. Thankfully the owner took care of nearly everything from the report. It's kinda scary buying your first home but I felt much better having Rick walk through it with us so we could make a better decision.

Rick did a very good thorough inspection. He caught someproblems that would have cost me thousands to fix in the long run. But since he found it the seller took care of it before I bought the home.
