I'm a single mom with a busy schedule due to work and keeping my children active with sports and I rarely have anytime to do any house work, but I must say I know no longer have to worry about house cleaning any longer!!- Thanks to ALL CLEAN they are very professional and does a phenomenal job.... I was definitely impressed and I will be using them again on a weekly basis from this point on!

Hello, I did not leave a 2 star review due to the amount. It is on account of the unthoughfulness: 1. You arrived 3 hours late. 2. You did not budget time for a deep clean. You are not the first service I have hired. Professional maid services charge me less and do a better job. 3. Your messages regarding payment. It is not my fault you did not set up you account, nor can my schedule revolve around you. Setting such a close time to pay as well as telling me you will show up at my house despite me honouring your first request within 5 minutes is simply uncalled for. On the amount itself: For a deep clean, charging me 60 dollars per person per hour is uncalled for. That is the level at which business consultants are paid, not cleaners. I am sorry to have to be so blunt, but given the marketplace, it is a fair comment. Next, the level of detail for simple jobs- such as remembering to wipe down the underside of the soap container in the bathroom (not done) is part of a regular clean, not even a deep clean. Finally, I did not request that much organization. Asking to wipe down inside cabinets is common to a deep clean. In the 6 years I have hired cleaners, I have never had such a bad experience. Please use this to reflect on yourself rather than using false arguments to justify your bad business practices. I did appreciate the work of your partner, as she was much more thorough.

Your opinion is appreciated however I refuse to go back and forth with you about how you felt work was done especially since after EVERYTHING was done I asked how you felt and you replied you was pleased however things that you felt needed to be cleaned again was done. As far as the time I asked you could I push it back and you agreed but it wasn’t mandatory to do so. Your comment would never stop my business or tarnish my work. So regardless of how you felt I did besides steaming your bed with an IRON we did everything you asked for plus some. Trust me we felt exactly how you did when we left so it’s no hard feelings. You need to be more clear of what you want done before you have someone drive 45 minuets to you period.
