Experienced trainer really understands my needs - -excellent experienceNov 11, 2016Verified
Despite my very clear response that I would not pre-pay for blocks of time, provider still attempted to get prepayment for multiple dates of service (training sessions) quoting lesser rates and policy, and continued to contact me after several messages telling him that I was not interested. Prepayment with out any refund policy is a recipe for scamming. Been there, done that... Won't get taken advantage of again.Nov 5, 2016VerifiedBeneFit Personal Training's reply
Hi Doug! I believe you have our company confused with another company. You never met with or spoke to me or any of our "providers". I emailed you our package rates. You asked if the packages required payment in full. When I replied "yes" you responded that you would pass. That was the extent of our interaction. Finally, my company has been in business for over 20 years and we consistently deliver positive experiences to our clients, with integrity.
Really enjoy my training sessions! Totally worth it. 😊Aug 30, 2016VerifiedBeneFit Personal Training's reply
