Pricing varies on square footage and the issue you are dealing with.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The best way to understand our new customers is over the phone. We can then get a good idea as to what the situation is and what approach we might take. We get some basic information from new customers to find out the soonest we can come and treat. We then send out an agreement that outlines what we went over, pricing, frequency, and payment. It's all pretty automated to remove human error as much as possible. We then come over and treat the situation and take care of your issues.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a certified Entomologist on staff that helps us design our service plans and training for our technicians. We like to stay up to date with the best techniques and products as well as provide the best training for our techs so our customers get the safest most effective treatment.
