Introduction: Ive worked with all ages ranging from 13 -90. I have taught yoga in a heart centered way for 17 years. It has changed my life and I love it so much. It excites me to share yoga and the practice with people of all walks of life. I believe everyone can benefit from a moving meditation and the practice of yoga brings us into our hearts and the present moment where all the healing is.

Erin is my favorite instructor. I look forward to her class every weekend and have also taken a few privates. I have re-adjusted my way of thinking and practicing Yoga I used to feel stuck in a mental rut of being dissatisfied with the 'present state' of my body -- be it level of flexibility, strength, whatever -- to looking at it more compassionately. My thought has shifted from being critical to appreciating and practicing 'present perfection'; finding better technique; balance; focusing on the minute adjustments and working with my body; feeling more "connected" in every posture; practicing fierce compassion for myself and others; most of all, enjoying the ride. Whatever you *love* - you will do and practice effortlessly. Erin helped me to find that and so I find myself improving continuously. I love her sense of humor, gentle corrections, childlike enthusiasm in leading the class, openness in sharing from her experience and Yoga practice ... the list keeps going on and on. Erin is an awesome yoga teacher -- her instruction is patient, detailed, and she provides modifications for people who need them. Plus, she has a great sense of humor, which helps our practice to be lighter and fun, and not overly serious. And I love her singing!

Erin is the reason I have stayed practicing yoga for the past three years. Her intuitive nature brings her closer to her students. Depending on where you live and travel time my fee range is $85-$120/hour
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process for new clients is that I will come and meet them, get to know their needs and prepare a practice that will suit them. It will change over time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I did my yoga training in 2000. I have taught classes in California for 17 years. I'm still learning and training as I go.
