- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
pricing varies depending on dimensions. access, depths, materials wanted etc. we are very fairly priced. we wont ge the cheapest, but also wont be the most expensive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet new customers at their home. look at the back yard and really get a feel for what they want in their project, and a feel for the space I have to work with.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
besides being hands on since 1994 in the pool business, I have also recieved college degree. I have my texas appliance installers licence and contractors license. Ive undergone training with the major equipment manufacturers.
