Introduction: I've been studying martial arts for over 30yrs.I am a 3rd degree blackbelt in Shotokan karate, Myguen Ryu Karate, American Kickboxing. Throughout the years I've competed at the highest levels, an against world class competitors and have achieved 7 world titles(NAFMA, NBL, SKI)Captain of Team USA under the NAFMA organization 2008&2009. I captured the USMTA NYS super middle weight title, 2012 inducted into 2012 martial arts Hall of Fame "Hall of Hero's", became a professional under WKA, last I currently hold the fastest knockout in the WKA! I just enjoy working with people all ages, I started at 4 an its helped me stay healthy, young an fit. Martial Arts done properly is not only an amazing work out but you learn to defend your self(ya know kick a lil butt)

As a lifelong martial artist, I spent many years training with Omar and the Buffalo MMA. I have nothing but the highest regards for their training, which is truly world-class. Omar is caring and attentive as an instructor, but knows exactly how to push his students and excellence. When it comes to mix martial arts, kickboxing, and Karate, there is no one I would recommend more than the Buffalo Emma May. An incredible value for world-class instructors. Omar works very hard. pushes you to your limit to where you never knew you could. super friendly, loves to joke around and make you laugh.

FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My class are 60 minutes long an are 40 dollars per class. So for example if you come 2 times its 320 dollars. This also come with a workout guide for the days were not together.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client I first found out what there needs are, after that put them through a mini fitness test to see where there after that we developed a 6 week program an get to work!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the martial arts and fitness buisness since I was 4. I am a certified blackbelt through triple cities martial arts now know as Binghamton Martial Arts now. Throughout my kickboxing career I had to develops ways to stay ahead of the young guns to stay on top. Through professional sports training an guidance from some of the best I have became a full martial arts athletic trainer.
