I just started using this company. Two friendly professional ladies showed up on time, they cleaned everything I asked and then some. They are respectful hard workers, and I will definitely continue to use them on a weekly basis. I highly recommend this company to anybody! It is worth every dime. I no longer have to worry about cleaning they take care of it all for me.

I'd put no stars if that was an option. I can't even review the end product because no one showed up. Got a message early in the morning (6am) that they would be here between 10:30 and 11am, but no later than 11am instead of the 10am we had scheduled several weeks ago. That time came and went. Sent a text to Mirinda a little after 11am and got no response. Waited a little longer just in case we had a time zone mix up. 12pm comes and still nothing. Decided to call and see what was going on, but it went straight to voicemail. No idea what happened. Not only is this extremely unprofessional, but it also puts me in a huge bind now as I have wasted a ton of time and effort with prep for this and I have another pro scheduled for another service that is directly affected by this no show. Do not waste your time with this company/pro!!! Hire someone else!!! Updated: 6-26-17. I wasn't going to update this, but after reading the response from the Pro, I am setting the record straight. Mirinda called me late Saturday night to tell me she had an allergic reaction and that while she was at the ER someone broke into her car and stole her phone. She offered to come the next day and clean. I said that would be fine and that I'd be willing to change my review upon completion. She was supposed to come at 12:30pm. That time came and went with no calls or texts from her. I sent 2 texts and called the number that was supposed to be her husband's phone that she had called me from. Heard nothing. I get on Thumbtack today to respond to another pro who I contacted and see that the Pro name has been changed. I click to see what is up and see that she has posted a reply to my review. Suddenly now it is pink eye and not an allergic reaction and it is my fault for expecting someone to contact me if they aren't going to show up as scheduled?

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    When I hear from a new client, I try and gather as much info as I can to best assist them. I speak to each client and listen to what they are requesting, get an idea of job details, size of house, location, and requests they have and together we develop the best pricing solution and schedule a day that works for both parties as well. I cater to each client and their specific needs. We look forward to making your space shine!

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    BA in Organizational Management from Forbes Professional School of Business at Ashford, with a minor and specialization in human resource management. Over 5 years of management experience, and over 10 years of work experience all together.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    Well, from a young age I simply loved to clean. I am also an Army vet who is disciplined and used to making and maintaining a spotless space. I worked as a manager right after H.S. graduation, as well as supervised for the USPS which always entailed ensuring a consistent clean & organized environment for customers & employees. After years of hands on work experience I pursued and obtained my BA degree in Organizational Management. Now I have the education, experience, and the passion continues with my great cleaning business I worked so hard for and love! You'll love it too!
