- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I hear from a new client, I try and gather as much info as I can to best assist them. I speak to each client and listen to what they are requesting, get an idea of job details, size of house, location, and requests they have and together we develop the best pricing solution and schedule a day that works for both parties as well. I cater to each client and their specific needs. We look forward to making your space shine!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BA in Organizational Management from Forbes Professional School of Business at Ashford, with a minor and specialization in human resource management. Over 5 years of management experience, and over 10 years of work experience all together.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Well, from a young age I simply loved to clean. I am also an Army vet who is disciplined and used to making and maintaining a spotless space. I worked as a manager right after H.S. graduation, as well as supervised for the USPS which always entailed ensuring a consistent clean & organized environment for customers & employees. After years of hands on work experience I pursued and obtained my BA degree in Organizational Management. Now I have the education, experience, and the passion continues with my great cleaning business I worked so hard for and love! You'll love it too!
