Introduction: Please note that I am located in Hampton, New Hampshire. I provide Intuitive coaching that combines spiritual guidance, soul healing, nutrition, education, accountability and empowerment in a unique, customizable way which focuses entirely on your goals and intentions.
I combine my background as a certified Holistic Health coach/Hypnotherapist, Aromatherapist and my experience as a Shaman/Reiki Master to create a safe space where you can learn, grow, heal and flourish.
A client's goals are unique to them. Some clients want to improve their nutrition, bring awareness to their self care, learn to love themselves and their journeys, heal their hearts, strengthen their relationships, improve their stress levels, learn better coping skills, expand their tool-kit and more.
Together we will co-create a plan which focuses on your individual needs and desires, with the intention of healing your specific blocks and expanding your unique skills and gifts. Intuitive health coaching helps you to get from where you are to where you want to be. It encourages you to step into your passions, explore your purpose and unleash your potential. Sessions can be done once or as many times as you need, and can be done in person at Blackfeather Healing Center by phone or by video messenger.
My background and credentials: My family heritage is Blackfoot-Cherokee on my mother’s side and we have a history of healers within our family. I have spent many years studying and am proud of my accomplishments, however my greatest experiences and education come from working with each individual client. My individual accomplishments are as follows: Masters of Science degree in Human Development, Certifications in Holistic Health and Nutrition, Board certified in Aromatherapy, Reiki Master,Hypnotherapy, Shaman, Flower Essence Practitioner and a 200 hr Yoga instructor.
