- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes and no. All service calls are $69.95. This is a flat rate to troubleshoot or maintain any system and in some cases even repair the system. There are absolutely no hidden fees such as 69.95 to show up and then another cost to troubleshoot the system. To answer the no, no two problems are ever exactly the same. Each quote for repair is designed around the customer and the problem. All repairs that extend beyond the service call are explained in high detail and approved by the customer before any repairs are completed. The customer spends their own money I will not spend it for them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I like to talk to a new customer before arriving. I like to explain from start to finish the entire process. This does two important things. First, this allows the customer to know exactly what to expect before I arrive. Second, this conversation allows me to understand what their needs are. The bottom line is hiring a heating and A/C company to repair a system can be a stressful experiance. Especially when the customer does not know the person they are hiring. I want to reduce this as much as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do have many certifications from various companies such as Alabama Power's heat pump training center and Ebsco just to name a few. Hands on in real life provided the best training because no training from a classroom can duplicate what will been seen in the field.
