What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A convenient time is scheduled to review the interior or exterior project. I record detailed notes based upon what my prospective client wishes to have accomplished. I typically deliver a detailed proposal and warranty (2 year) within 48 hours. I generally follow up once a few days to later to confirm receipt and to ask for questions and/or feedback. I don't believe in continued contact as my prospective clients either want to do business with my company or they don't. I am awarded over 80% of the projects I compete for so I sense that this approach is effective.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a degree in business and have 25+ years in Corporate America which tends to set me apart from the majority of my competitors. I value my client's time and feel that effective communications and setting of expectations are critical to a successful project.

Each project is quoted based upon the amount of time and material it will take to produce a quality and lasting project. Every quote is based on exactly what is required, no more and no less.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Obtain anywhere from 2-3 quotes from licensed and insured providers.
