- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is always difficult and I recognize what a large investment your making in your wedding, so my goal is to help you optimize your budget. I don't charge a consultation fee and after our initial meeting I'll create a detailed estimate for you to review. I've found by doing it this way you get a clear picture of what you'll be getting not a general idea for f the price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love meeting with Brides and helping them bring their vision to life! I understand that everyone's looking for a quick quote, but I've found that when it comes to the flowers each wedding is completely different. I don't offer cookie cutter pricing because no two weddings are the same. So many factors come into play when I do a quote the season, types of flowers, size of the Bouquets and Centerpieces are all huge factors in the pricing, because of this I prefer to meet with my clients and go through all of this with my clients first hand. During that 1st consultation we'll get to know each other and feel comfortable with each other's style. The goal of The Wandering Florist isn't to find a onetime customer it's to develop a relationship and be available to assist you during the whole process.
