- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard prices are listed in quotes sent on thumbtack and described in the initial "estimate." Actual pricing varies based on materials and scope of work and can only be provided once an onsite survey of the project is completed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First contact will start via phone or email where I will gather essential information such as name, address, contact number and email, and a general idea of the project. The next step is a free consultation with the customer at the location of the planned project. During the consultation we will discuss the scope of work, desired end result and relative timeline. Following the consultation, the customer will receive an estimate via email within 24 hours. When the customer approves the estimate and requests the work be done, we then place the customer on the schedule at the earliest date possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have training in business management and have been doing home improvements for friends, family, customers and myself for over 20 years.
