FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
hard to have standard prices on existing homes as you just dont know what you will run into...on site pricing is best for both partys and explained while on site
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
see the job and get a real close look at any issues...price and if agreed 50 % down on most and remainder upon completion...bigger jobs will vary a bit
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
been doing this for close 25 years and have ran across everything imaginable so I know what to look for...for example,a small water stain on the ceiling does not mean a small leak over it always...it could be water running down a rafter from a point far away from the damage and could have ran on down a wall stud too creating unseen damage causing future issues and should have been addressed on the spot not after mold is discovered
