- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically develop a per-project price. Once the project is complete, future changes (if less than 15 min. are free!) Additional time is at a rate of $35/hour.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've done sites in just about every industry: healthcare, retail, sports, non-profits, IT, service industry, real estate, culinary, etc...I happily work with everyone from multi-national corporations to local small businesses.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ethics. You need to find a developer/firm that treats web design ethically. So many in the industry lock your site away and then charge outrageous rates to maintain and modify it. I firmly believe in letting the customer direct the billing. If you want to try doing something yourself, I'll make you a video on how to do it (rather than charge you $50+ hour to do it for you.)
