SOS replaced the carpeting in my upstairs bedroom and hallways. The team of 2 installers arrived within the 2 hour arrival time slot. The moved the required heavy furniture and removed all the old material/carpet and disposed of it. The job took about 3 hrs., they vacuumed up the new carpet and the areas in the house they had to walk thru to do the Job. They put back what they moved and my wife and I cannot be happier.. they even gave me a choice of installation days and times that worked for me!

Everything from Scott visiting to go over carpet selection to the quote and then installation was smooth, fast with very high quality. Could not possibly ask for more. The quality of the carpet is high and the installers were detailed and professional.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes typically our standard carpet installation price per square foot is $.55 are linoleum price is $1.12 per square-foot our wood floors installation only is two dollars a foot
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make that process very easy at SOS floor covering. We give our phone number out with the quote. "you call us and make an appointment and we will bring the samples to your house and give you a total price on the spot.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A two-year apprenticeship is how I got started. Followed by 39 years experience in the trade. there's not much I don't know about floor covering
