- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing can be very flexible from time to time, especially if there's a change in the routine cleaning. We are open to new questions and requests! If you feel the quote is negotiable, please message us and we'd love to talk about changing it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. A message, call, text to speak about the position. 2. Meet for an in-home interview or send photos to get a set quote. 3. Discuss supplies ordeal and set up first cleaning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Experience with multiple clients, both private and shared. We are working on becoming a licensed business, but until then we do appreciate whom we acquire in time.
