Working with Jennifer was really easy and laid back. She made the planning a cinch as well as a great deal for the work she does. The day of she was very respectful and accommodating as the day progressed. The highlight video was absolutely beautiful. We barely even knew she was there. We were very impressed with the final edits. Our only minimal complaint was some shots were lost due to people being in the way. Overall we are very satisfied for the price we paid and the product we received. Not to mention the quick turn around on getting the final product. So glad we found Once Upon a Time.

Jennifer was excellent at communicating throughout the whole process. She made everything easy and I didn't feel like I had to micromanage at all! Her work is great. I loved our highlight reel and can't wait to see all of our footage. Very reasonably priced too!
