- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are not Cheap or the most expensive but I can assure you great quality for a great value
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Meet with customer for the first time to see the scope of the project. 2) give a general budgeted quote 3) Collect research fee for drawings,engineering (if needed) and detailed estimate. 4) Go thru detailed quote with customer 5) sign contract and receive down payment 6) schedule estimated start date 7) commence work 8) If any changes a change order will be signed and agreed upon by customer and contractor. 9) completion of job final payment
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All thru middle and high school, I took woodworking,architectural drawing, stain glass,metal working,blueprint reading and drawing,machine drawing and reading those types of blueprints. I served a 4 year Apprenticeship thru the Milwaukee area Carpenters union. I have operated 5 businesses as a Carpenter/Cabinetmaker. 2 of them I was and am the owner. I have more than 30 years in this Industry
