- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Service Diagnostics fee of $55.00 per appliance being diagnosed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer information is processed, all pertinent information is received for booking appointments. Technician receives call. Arrives at customer’s location and diagnosis unit. If customer aggressively to price quote of repair fees are collected, parts are installed same day and in some case parts are ordered.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are industry trained by factory standards, both owners have been Sears trained and other factory service like LG, Whirlpool etc....
