- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will email you with our contracts and terms of conditions once a quote is accepted. I normally will email a reminder 1-2 weeks before an event, then call to confirm the event day of. I will show up 30 minutes before an event to set up (I bring everything I need including table, chairs, and water). Once the event is over, I will pack up and say a quick good bye. I am self contained, so you do not have to worry about me pouring out my paint water in your sink.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am mostly self taught and have taken online courses to learn new designs. I have been painting for years, and stay current on all the latest designs.
