What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do. My standard rate is $50/hour. I do have discounted packages. I can also price by the job, after I see what needs to be done.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually meet with them to see what their needs are and see how we can make their space more manageable.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm self-taught. I read and get ideas from the internet.
