What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rate is the same regardless of how many family members chose to participate in the training session. One on one or invite the whole family, the price is the same!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a masters degree in Exercise Physiology and worked 2 years in professional baseball as a strength coach for the Lakeland Flying Tigers (Detroit Tigers minor league affiliate) I also have experience as the head strength and conditioning coach for a private high school and often training many of the parents of the student athletes I trained. I offer a wide variety of skill sets to help anyone achieve their fitness goals including comprehensive nutrition coaching. All of what I have to offer is included in my rates. No hidden charges!
