What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No standard pricing I usually talk with customers and we talk till we both agree on fair price for work at hand and thats worked well for me over the last seven or eight years.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduction then going over work to be performed then talk about who buying materials for said job and last discuss payment and time frame.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up around my brother which is a roofer /carpenter as well as my cousins I was brought up around and in home remodel and construction and at the age of 16 got my first cash paying job with one of my brothers friends and been with it every since
