Introduction: Good Life Kitchen is a healthy grab n go cafe but so much more. We redesign favorite comfort foods to make them healthier and tastier. The founder is a trained chef and a registered nurse on a mission to make the community healthier one delicious meal at a time.
We provide cooking classes, corporate catering, intimate in house catered events with custom menus, and free delivery service! But our niche is working with clients one on one to create better health through specialized meal plans.
It is extremely rewarding to see people who were once limited in energy, function, thought and desire to improve in all areas because, in part, they changed the foods they eat. Likewise, it totally delights me to see the 'wow!' Moment of people experiencing our food, and when they return again and again.

I was at an event that was catered by the good life kitchen the food was excellent, very fresh, colorful So pretty to look at and the taste was out of this world. I have also picked up food from there to go and have eaten there many times. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable when it ces to special needs and diets like gluten free, I have had the gluten free lentil kale and sweet potato stew and even though I am not a big fan of lentils this stew is do sweet and tasty I must recommend it. The best sandwich is the turkey melt with a delissious secret sauce you just absolutely have to try. They also have the freshest salads in town made right in front of you not to forget the fresh made salad dressings. They also serve egg and tuna salad freshly made and you just can not get that everywhere. A great selection of healthy and unusual drinks are offered . You can dine in or have a party in a clean and bright dining room. The kitchen bares no secrets it is for all to see all in all a wonderful place where everyone is treated like family come and check it out.

I love Good Life Kitchen! They are very friendly and accommodating! I work all the way at the point and they deliver lunch to me! Their meals are fresh and delicious!

We actually did not use Good kitchen. We just couldn't get a time that worked for both of us to communicate about the dinner. However once I canceled my plans with them and explained they were very helpful and went out of their way to give me some other choices. They didn't have to do that and my family definitely appreciated the information. If in the same situation I would definitely try again to use them .

We can't say enough about the wonderful dinner and magical evening that Lorraine created for our parents' wedding anniversary. After some health issues this year, they don't go out much as they used to and Lorraine helped bring a five-star dinner right to their home. They haven't stopped raving about the food and the company. Would highly recommend her to anyone!
