FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is determined by the specific job if we determine a time multiplied by a hourly estimate, the time estimated is based off how long we think it will take based off past jobs, since its not like a specific thing like a broken transmission repair that has a book of suggested hours and priced by the hour then we look at the job and price them according to what we see. For example,,, if we normally charge $200 for a driveway we might have to charge a little extra if we have to remove 2 inches of dirt that is a foot over the edge all the way across. Or if we have a house that is a "Deep clean" and it is normally $350 but it's smaller then normal or cleaner then normal then we can charge less so we don't like to put a "standard" price because sometimes we can beat our own standard.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk about what we do and what to expect when meeting a new customer or talking over the phone but sometimes a customer just wants a job done and they don't care about all the details, just the results so it depends on the customer, how ever they are happiest I like to make them happy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Training was years of experience and training from previous people we worked with, videos, reading material and even past employees have taught us stuff over the years. I am never too proud to learn something new and I still do research to keep bettering my profession.
