I came to a road block when ACS hired by The Home Depot did not know how to address a levelling issue and left me hanging with a room not even half done. It took one look from Jack from HFW first visit to have a feel of where the problem was. After waiting 3 months for a solution it took less than 2 weeks for the flooring in my room to be completed. Bravo to Henry, Jack and the crew for an excellent job. I recommend HFW for any flooring jobs. See before and after.

Henry and his crew have done work for us before, and we were just as satisfied as the first time. A drunk driver literally ran through a wall in late December, and they were able to finish with closing up the hole in the wall before it got really cold.
In addition to fixing the damage, we had them install brickface on which we did a German schmere to finish it. Our only complaint was that there was some broken siding and a large piece of wood they left behind. But, their work was excellent, they cleaned up after themselves and always showed up when they promised to.

Received a quick response. Came on time to measure. Gave a reasonable quite. Showed up early on day of work. Completed the job including cleanup in much less time than expected. Could not ask for more.
