Paws Forward Dog Training

Thank you for taking a serious interest in getting your dog on the right track through training! I would love the opportunity to be able to work with you and your furry friend during this process. My name is Amy Francis, and I am a professional dog trainer/owner of Paws Forward Dog Training. My methods are based on positive reinforcement training, because simply put -- it works! This approach teaches and encourages your dogs to make good conscious decisions on their own so that you don't have to be a constant reminder for them in the future. This puts the responsibility and pride in the owner's lap because your behavior has a direct attachment to theirs! I offer a custom course which would fit the needs that you list perfectly. I come to your home and teach you hands-on skills for how to manage or change your dog's behavior. We also go in-depth on dog psychology and theory because I feel that it is absolutely crucial for all owners to understand their dogs both inside and out. My initial lesson is $200 which also includes free e-mails and phone calls for the life of the dog. All lessons after that are an hour long for $80/session. It is entirely up to you if you decide that you need more lessons or not. I want to make sure that I am a resource for all of the my clients -- even after I am gone! I train from Mondays to Fridays and am pretty flexible on the times depending on the week. Training needs to be fun for both owners and dogs alike! I feel so honored to be able to witness dog-handler relationships blossom once the gap of communication is understood and bridged through positive reinforcement training. I feel a passion for people just as much as I do dogs and couldn't imagine dipping my feet into a more rewarding career.
