We leveraged Christa and her talents to help design our living room, dining room, entryway, and mudroom. After being stuck on what to do with a new, open space, we decided to use a professional. Christa did an amazing job getting to know our style, likes/dislikes, and how to bring to life our space. She helped create a happy, inviting, bright 1st floor for us and we have gotten so many compliments on the space. She worked with items that we already had as well as helped in furniture choices, wall décor, and other home accents. She also was able to add her own artistic touches to some of the accents to help bring to life our vision even more. We smile every time we walk into our home. Not only did she do a great job but she was also very understanding of our budget and worked well within that as well as with a good time frame. Along the way, Christa also shared some helpful tips and principles of designs that we have applied to other parts of our home. I now have a greater appreciation for using design services to help achieve your vision—it is very difficult to do it alone. I highly recommend Christa and her talents—you will never be disappointed!

Christa has a gift!! She did an amazing job on our home. And believe me...that was no easy feat! She completely redesigned our main living room, front living room, dining room, and kitchen. All the way from paint colors, to furniture, to accessories. The way her mind can see the big picure is nothing short of amazing. Our home now has a beautiful/calming and homey feel (and of course super updated and cool). We get compliments everytime our friends come into our home. She went way above and beyond and worked so hard until it was just the way we wanted. She is such a sweet, fun, and easy person to work with At any time we had questions...she responded right away. What more could you want?! 5 stars and more if I could.

We had Christa help us with the interior design of some rooms in our home in 2013. Our house was fairly large and at the time had a lot of empty wall space. We kept thinking that we would get around to buying things ourselves to decorate, but for us, this would have been a very time-consuming, intimidating project. I had been impressed with the work Christa had done at a friend's house, so we arranged a consult. She was able to meet with us in a timely manner, looked at the items/furnishings we had, talked with us about what we wanted to keep vs. what we wanted to get rid of, talked with us about our likes/dislikes, and was able to get a sense of our style, which was quite eclectic. We needed someone who could tie together the various pieces we already had and make our house look nice. Christa came through with flying colors. She would occasionally text us pictures of art and furniture throughout the process to gauge our likes and dislikes, and she was able to work within our budget to make our house look beautiful. We continue to receive so many compliments on our home decor, and we owe it to Christa. She was able to help us pick out art, furniture, lamps, a rug, and a paint color, and she did it within a couple months and at a reasonable price. We also sought her advice when picking exterior paint colors in 2015, which also turned out great. I highly recommend her.

I have had the pleasure of working with Christa on several projects and I have always been extremely pleased with the end result. Not only is she fun to work with, she is very responsive and has a way of turning your vision into a reality. I can't imagine doing a house project without Christa by my side to help. I highly recommend using her, whether it be a small project like decorating a bookshelf or for a large project like designing a room from a blank slate.

FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our decorating services can be billed as a lump sum fee/contract or on an hourly basis at $75/hour for advisory labor only with a two hour minimum . Our construction services are priced per contract depending on the scope.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers, we first like to have a phone conversation to understand what our client's goals are and ensure we are the right fit for them. We then like to have an initial consultation on site to gain a feel for the project and ensure we have encapsulated everything that goes into a proposal. A detailed written proposal follows and we like to have a phone call or meeting to discuss those details and answer any questions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have some of the most experienced, skilled and personable staff you will find anywhere. Our staff has degrees, licenses, and decades of experience to ensure all of our projects get done to our exacting standards.
